Reported a resident at the court where my Mum lives for anti-social behaviour, nothing done, yet I was promised that this person would receive an anti-social behaviour warning for their continual hatred & aggression towards my Mum. Minority of the residents are nasty, selfish & 2 faced. Area Manager is useless. This company does not care about their residents, as long as they are getting the rent that's all they care about. Disgraceful company.
