Housing 21 Fairweather Court padiham, bully tactics again , new manager on court , apparently a trouble shooter,do as I say or else ? So the first thing is to remove everything from the hallways , first they said remove all pictures from the walls so the Decorators could do their job , but then they said you can't put anything up in the hallways again, the hallways are being refurbished but you can tell it's the cheapest option, Tennant's are treated like children ( because some are a certain age ) supposed to be independent living but it's treated more like a care home especially by the management.Bosses at housing 21 do not care about you at all especially the ones above they just look down their noses at you , it's a case of ' do what you are told or else '. Hallways are like cell blocks cold and uninviting. Will only get worse, there is a care home near to Fairweather Court actually on the same street and they are treated with more respect, says it all really . independent living, far from it . Another thing that housing 21 did recently was installing security cameras on site apparently they said it was something that had to be done ,the only thing was that we the residents would be footing the bill , so a vote was called and surpise,surprise the outcome was a yes , not one resident counted the votes, so another bill to pay like it or not .
