After the battle to complete the purchase/move the actual move into the apartment was reasonably OK.Initially, the weather was cold and the flat was cold with limited hot water.Management rectified the heating supplying 2 radiators and the water gradually returned. We frather feel that the apartment had remained unoccupied for a lengthy period and lacked habitation.We have now settled in remarkably well considering we moved from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is comfortable, warm with plenty of hot water. A couple of minor problems were rectified swiftly and we have been welcomed into the Village by both staff and residents in a very good manner. We now look forward to the next few years here.
