Ebony Cooper
Building maintinance

GoodThe inhouse office staff are amazing and very supportive and helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. Kim the office manager particularly stood out as my go too person.BadThe structural maintenance of the building is poor. The perimeter fence has rotted and broken since being installed which is unelectable for such a young building. The roof has needed to be replaced in places which again is very poor for such a young building. But by far the worst is that Housing 21 have passed the cost on to the residents which is aborent and cowardly. If such a young building has failed then the builders and or the company who commissioned the build are responsible. Not the elderly, and in most cases poor residents who can barley keep up with the monthly fees.If they could afford a solicitor you would be royaly sued.Shame on you for taking advantage of the vulnerable.Oh and you should subsidise the canteen so that the owner could afford to continue service.
