Lowri herself was amazing, she dealt with things extremely fast. When I made contact to resolve a slight hiccup she sorted it out in near minutes. Only downside I had with the whole process is it did take a day or so longer than I anticipated as it’s Covid-19 based timeline so things may have been slower, however overall I had excellent service from almost every other member as well, would definitely recommend!!N.K.H
