I ordered a dining table and chairs in mid-October, with a promise of delivery by late November. I paid in full and gave away my old furniture. Six weeks later, I had no updates and when I called in the last week of November, I was informed that the delivery team doesn’t work on Saturdays and that they would need to follow up. I requested a return call but received nothing. On December 6th, I called again and got the same response—no updates and no one available to help. I understand stock issues happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable, especially since my holiday plans are now uncertain. Looks like we might be having our Christmas dinner on our laps. I wouldn't trust them with an item that's out of stock again.
