The item was shown as in stock but did not arrive as anticipated. There was no communication or refund. After I contacted the support team, I received a reply two days later stating that the item would arrive around the 28th/29th, which is two weeks later than expected. This experience reflects very poor service. There was no apology or explanation provided.
Exceptional support from the team! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and had a wonderful rapport with customers. The delivery was handled with great care and attention. Every team member displayed remarkable professionalism and training!
I ordered a dining table and chairs in mid-October and was assured they would arrive by late November. I paid in full and even gave away my old furniture. After six weeks without any updates, I reached out in the last week of November and was informed that the team does not work on Saturdays and that I would need to follow up on the delivery. I requested a callback, but received no response. On December 6th, I called again and got the same lack of information, with no one available to assist. While I understand there can be challenges in stock availability, the customer service has been unacceptable. The absence of communication is causing me considerable stress, especially as my Christmas plans are now uncertain. It seems like we might be having a holiday dinner in a less-than-ideal setting. I would hesitate to trust them again with items that are not in stock.

I had a very disappointing experience. After purchasing a sofa in June 2025, I was told the price would remain the same regardless of the color choice. After selecting a different color, I was informed of delays due to shipping issues, despite the manufacturer's website stating it was made locally. When I followed up, the staff couldn't clarify what was communicated during the sale. Later, I discovered the price had been reduced multiple times, yet my request for a price match was ignored. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I would advise others to avoid this so-called family-run business, as they seem uninterested in resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Our sofa was delivered today by the team, and the service was exceptional! They were confident in handling the delivery, laid down blankets to protect our floors, and maneuvered the sofa in perfectly. Both were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. This level of service is rare these days. A fantastic delivery experience!
