After selecting a different color, I was informed of delays due to shipping issues, despite the manufacturer's website stating it was made locally. When I followed up, the staff couldn't clarify what was communicated during the sale. Later, I discovered the price had been reduced multiple times, yet my request for a price match was ignored. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. I would advise others to avoid this so-called family-run business, as they seem uninterested in resolving issues and maintaining customer satisfaction.
