I am thoroughly unhappy and disappointed with the service. I ordered a fire pit as a Christmas gift for my son, but it hasn’t arrived on time (and I still have no idea when it will be delivered), despite the website stating a 3-5 day shipping timeframe. The customer support is terrible, consisting only of automated responses. As for the fire pit itself? We can’t comment on its quality since we haven’t received it yet! I will definitely not be ordering from this platform again, even if the product turns out to be acceptable. They really don’t even deserve one star. I honestly don’t understand how they remain in business.
