I just used my firepit for the first time. It added a great ambiance to our outdoor dining table and surprising threw off some pretty impressive heat. The kicker was roasting marshmallows for smores for a little after dinner treat! I will definitely look into purchasing the fuel extender feature as I will be using this fire feature a lot more!
We love our little tabletop fire pit from Houswise! It’s perfect on our coffee table! The blue and orange flickers are calming and mesmerizing to watch, after a long day. This company is very responsive if anything goes awry in your order. I later ordered a dozen bottles of Bio Ethanol gas that got lost and returned. When I called about it, they immediately sent out a new order for me! Enjoying a fire tonight! Thank you Houswise!
This company always gets back with me within 24 hours. I’ve had to reach out to them twice in two different instances and both times they were on top of things. They solved my problem really quick and we’re super nice about it. I give them five stars on customer service! Keep up the good work!
The fire pit I ordered on 12/15, which was meant to arrive before Christmas with expedited shipping, has yet to be delivered. I received the fuel around 1/1 instead. I reached out to the customer service, and after several automated replies assuring me of a response within 24 hours, they said they would send a replacement. Unfortunately, what I received was just another package of fuel. There’s no phone number or alternative way to contact them aside from the email.
The customer service was highly professional and responsive. After receiving my order, I had a question and sent an email. I got a reply in under 24 hours, even on the weekend. The response was thorough and included both a picture and a video.
I ordered multiple fire pits (6 of the "essential" sets and 6 of the "gift" sets), along with 6 extra bottles of fuel on December 13, expecting delivery before Christmas. I received the fuel bottles on December 19, the "essential" sets on December 24, and the "gift" sets on December 31. I wasn't overly concerned, knowing holiday shipping can be tricky. I received tracking info showing that the company handed the order over to USPS on the 15th, so I assumed it was just a busy postal service. I informed my gift recipients about the delay. The fuel bottles arrived first, but one had a small hole and leaked during shipping, so I contacted the company via email on December 19 and received an automated reply about high email volume, stating they would respond in 3-5 business days, but I never got a personal response. After receiving the essential sets with fuel on the 24th, I waited for the gift sets to arrive. Normally, I would have checked with USPS using the tracking numbers, but I was busy during the holidays. Eventually, the "gift" sets arrived, but without fuel. I emailed again on January 2 and got a response from a representative on January 5. We exchanged emails to clarify whether I could get a replacement for the empty fuel bottle and to confirm that the "gift" sets arrived without fuel. After our discussions, I received tracking info for the 6 bottles and a refund for the empty bottle. It took some time, but I am pleased with the resolution, considering how busy they must be during the holiday season. The little fire pits are a lovely addition to my space and those of my gift recipients, so I'm willing to overlook the delays.
On December 2, 2025, I ordered a firepit as a Christmas gift, but it was never delivered. It seems the shipping carrier, which is not very reliable, lost the package. My attempts to get information from them have been unhelpful. I've requested a refund from the company, but despite their promises to look into it, more than a month has gone by without any resolution. The customer service has been far from satisfactory. Additionally, I noticed that their website claims a full refund will be given if an item isn't received within 15 days, a policy that has not been upheld in this case.

I'm frustrated by the lack of communication from the company and the inability to track the fuel shipment separately, assuming it was sent on its own. Returning it is too heavy a task, so I will dispute the charge with my credit card. It's unfortunate I can't return the marshmallows! I suggest checking other retailers instead; they offer similar products for less. Overall, I advise avoiding this company, as it feels like a scam that cost me $300 and ruined my holidays.

The only update I have is that a label was created on 12/18, with no further tracking information since then. There's no customer service phone number available, just an email. They initially replied, stating it was still on the way, but after several follow-up emails, they have stopped responding. Now, I'm left uncertain about whether I will ever receive it and may need to reach out to my credit card company.
