I ordered a tabletop fire pit on December 13th with a promised 5-day delivery, for which I paid extra, but it only arrived on December 31st. To make matters worse, the box was missing the fuel! I also ordered three additional cans of fuel, which have yet to arrive, and now it's New Year's Eve. I've missed two holidays and the company doesn't have a phone number or respond to their emails. While the tracking shows the order was delivered, the fuel is still missing and it's costly! The fireplace is completely useless without the fuel. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication from the company and the inability to track the fuel shipment separately, assuming it was sent on its own. Returning it is too heavy a task, so I will dispute the charge with my credit card. It's unfortunate I can't return the marshmallows! I suggest checking other retailers instead; they offer similar products for less. Overall, I advise avoiding this company, as it feels like a scam that cost me $300 and ruined my holidays.
