I ordered multiple fire pits (6 of the "essential" sets and 6 of the "gift" sets), along with 6 extra bottles of fuel on December 13, expecting delivery before Christmas. I received the fuel bottles on December 19, the "essential" sets on December 24, and the "gift" sets on December 31. I wasn't overly concerned, knowing holiday shipping can be tricky. I received tracking info showing that the company handed the order over to USPS on the 15th, so I assumed it was just a busy postal service. I informed my gift recipients about the delay. The fuel bottles arrived first, but one had a small hole and leaked during shipping, so I contacted the company via email on December 19 and received an automated reply about high email volume, stating they would respond in 3-5 business days, but I never got a personal response. After receiving the essential sets with fuel on the 24th, I waited for the gift sets to arrive. Normally, I would have checked with USPS using the tracking numbers, but I was busy during the holidays. Eventually, the "gift" sets arrived, but without fuel. I emailed again on January 2 and got a response from a representative on January 5. We exchanged emails to clarify whether I could get a replacement for the empty fuel bottle and to confirm that the "gift" sets arrived without fuel. After our discussions, I received tracking info for the 6 bottles and a refund for the empty bottle. It took some time, but I am pleased with the resolution, considering how busy they must be during the holiday season. The little fire pits are a lovely addition to my space and those of my gift recipients, so I'm willing to overlook the delays.
