I ordered a Christmas calendar for my daughter, described as a Crystal Cat Calendar. Instead, I received a plain white box with small plastic pieces featuring cat images. The total exceeded 40€, and the product was nothing like what was advertised. When I requested a refund, they offered only 4€. This is clearly a scam!
