We invested nearly $10,000 over a year-long contract and received absolutely no leads or job opportunities. The company offered no assistance or outreach throughout the year—only contacted us when it was time for renewal. We clearly canceled well over 30 days before the auto-renewal, both verbally and in writing. This cancellation was ignored. Our profile was suspended, and the account was sent to collections for a renewal we never approved.
