Found these reviews by accident when trying to contact Hover-1 customer support. They replied quite quickly the first time and asked for our address to send out a replacement unit for my daughter, said we'd have a replacement Hoverboard within a week or 2 but I've not heard anything from them since. The Hoverboard was only just over a month old and was a present for my daughter. Utterly disappointing, avoid buying their products if you can, can't imagine it will be long until retailers start withdrawing Hover-1 from their shops.**Update, it's been over 2 months and still no replacement unit - Will be contacting trading standards imminently.
