Purchased this item THE FIRST TIME at Walmart along with the go-cart attachment as a Christmas gift for my grandson. When he opened it Christmas and charged it it would not charge. I live out of state so I took it home with me to contact and get a replacement. In the meantime I purchased a second one from AMAZON so he had a Christmas gift. He got the second one and it didn’t even light up. Meanwhile I am filing a return online with the company. They advise my daughter to return to Amazon. We did the return. I am still waiting for a response for my direct contact with the company. They get the second one only to find it won’t hold a charge. I file another request for support directly online for the first broken one. AND request a refund for the second one ordered from Amazon. I try to file a complaint with the BBB only to find they have no address. What?! This is absolutely inconceivable. Purchase 3 and none of them work! Thank God for Amazon and at least two are returnable. I still have the original broken one and the go-cart attachment that I don’t have anything to use it for. I did write to AMAZON and advised them to block this company from selling any more defective products and at this point I believe the whole company is a scam. Shame on them for wrecking a Christmas gift 3x over!!
