Im replying to hover-1 reply to me. I relize its out of warranty! Duh! Why cant you assist people with simple questions ? It should not matter if they are in or out of warranty. You should always provide care for a product you sell in america. Get the hell outta here with your chit china crap. just bought a never opened hoverboard from a neighbor. I had a question about the charging capacity. I sent hover1 a ticket about it and they won't help me. They won't help people that are not the original owner and out 9f warranty. How's that customer service?!
