Why is it that Hover-1 literally does nothing for their consumer? I have read so many of these situations of the product coming dead. I purchased the Ranger-Pro and it is doing the same thing of turning on when charger is plugged, but dies immediately when unplugged. I have called today 12-13 times in a row and it has the same recording saying all customer reps are busy and to visit their website. I emailed them 2 weeks ago. This company either needa to shut it's doors or respond to people and fix their mistakes. I submitted a formal complaint with Best Buy where I made the purchase. Answer your consumer Hover-1.....
