I ordered directly from the company 11/26/23 it took a long time to ship but did come on time 3 days before Christmas. It was my sons " santa " gift and 1 of like 4 things he even asked for this year. Christmas comes. He opens it. It doesn't charge we leave it all day says it is charged lights up and beeps- until we unplug the charger then nothing. I tried all the trouble shooting I could. I went in the app forum and it seems to be a wide spread issue. I created a ticket on Christmas and got an automated response. I understand they may be out with the holidays, but it's now been almost 2 weeks. No reply. I reached out on Instagram no reply. They have all Commenting off. I this point it seems like they need to have a recall situation and just refund everyone's money. So many people are having the same issue I don't think I want a new one....I have one disappointment 10 year old barely holding on to the Magic and a broken toy with no solve.
