Ordered a hoverboard charger on december 8th. 4 days later I check the tracking and it says they created a shipping label. Now almost 4 weeks later it still just says shipping label created. Customer service number just says that they arent taking calls because theyre too busy. And 3 tickets have gone unanswered. Absolutely ridiculous.
