I paid $2,000 for an e-bike from this company through Amazon. Arrived missing bolts. Their customer support phone number is not manned by a person, just a recording telling you to call back during business hours, even when you're calling at 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. It's a fake number, they don't have a customer support team working the phones at all! All I need is a bolt that costs about 50 cents, and is preventing me from using my $2,000 new bike! Amazon submitted a ticket, but I did not get an email from them. Now I have to figure out how to return this item that was delivered by two guys in a moving truck. Seriously, how do they stay in business?Update: The company responded stating their phone number is not fake and wants to know how they can help. Here is how. Tell me exactly what time, and on what day I should call the 1-800 support number and have someone answer the line, instead of a recording telling me to call back during regular hours. It's simple, answer the phone!
