This company is an absolute joke. We purchased a Hoverboard with Kart attachment, the wheel on the kart is unusable, basically the race/bearings were not pressed properly and it has wedged itself so the wheel cannot turn. Unfortunately we moved house in the meantime meaning it was too late to take it back to Argos (not the companys fault). I tried emailing their support and got a reply months later saying if I confirmed the model they would send a replacement. Several months later still and nothing. How can you take months to reply to an email, then answer like nothing has happened? An absolute mockery of customer service, it would have been more honest if you just sent an automated reply saying you don't give a toss. If anyone else is thinking of buying a product from Hover 1 for their kids, please do yourself a favour and read the reviews first. A joke.
