Bought a hover 1 hoverboard with kart attachment from argos (United Kingdom)First item was cracked in the box so took back same day. Second item picked up and had no straps to attach the board to the kart. My daughter has not been able to use her birthday present since 13th July 2023. I have sent a ticket with zero response and it is highly frustrating having spent hundreds on an item which is cannot be used, with no reply, help or idea when it will be sorted. If I could give zero stars I would.
