Purchased a new Hover-1 "My First Hoverboard" for my daughter for Christmas. Opened it up and it was her favorite present. Plugged it in to charge fully as the instructions stated. After charger indicated a full charge, tried to power on the board, and nothing. Opened a support ticket on December 27th - had to attach receipt and did so. It is now January 16th and they have not responded or given us any sort of update. I called the support number on their website over the weekend and got a recording that, if I needed assistance to open a ticket from the website, then the call terminated.HORRIBLE Service.
