Purchased this through Argos Retail back in September 2023 and had it delivered on the 28th September for my Daughters Birthday in October. Hoverboard initially had issues with charging however, finally managed to get it to charge. The hoverboard to date (11th March 2024) has been used twice only owing to the item not charging again - I have contacted Hover-1 support on a few occasions most recently being the 27th Feb 2024 - and this was acknowledged again via the automated service from Hover-1 but absolutely no response. I’m not left with a non-working hoverboard which wasn’t cheap and a very upset 10 year old. It really shouldn’t take months for customer or technical support to get back to a customer when it’s their equipment and product that is at fault - will not be ordering anything from Hover-1 in the future as the customer support and service is non-existent - companies like that are happy to take your money - then even happier to wash their hands of you once you have paid - really not impressed. If Trustpilot had a negative ratings scale I would rate Hover-1 and Argos at least -100 stars - Thanks
