I have been trying to get ahold of hover-1 for awhile now but only get the same voice-mail message. Countless calls. Only emailed once but what's the point in more emails. Got myself the altai r750 and after 300 miles the battery gets about 10 miles a charge. Of course it's a few days after my Amazon warranty expired so I have no choice but to try and get ahold of hover-1. I can barely make it to work before the battery dies. The brake fluid on the back brakes have also leaked out of an inferior brake line within 360 miles. When can I get this resolved hover-1? If I was smart I should have read into the company before purchasing. I would gladly give a decent review if it wasn't for the customer service, because I actually really like and enjoy the bike. If it had a faster hub motor(or dual hub motors) and some minor upgrades, along with actual customer service, it would be a top of the line ebike.
