I bought a hoverboard for my son to give as his “ big present” on Christmas. He road it maybe 5 times and then it stopped working. It was over 30 days since I bought it early and cannot return to Amazon. I’ve submitted tickets in twice since January 11th and of course can’t call because no one answers. Still no response. I want my money back. Such a disappointment! This company is a joke!
