I purchased a hover board for my son during a Prime Deal day on Amazon. I bought it months in advance for his birthday. Since it has been more than 30 days, I cannot return the hover board. It worked one time on the current charge. Now the battery will not charge. Submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago and I cannot get a response. I have tried calling their support phone number. "Due to high demand a live representative is not available to take your call". Their advice is to check the FAQ's on their website or submit a ticket. So far neither has provided a solution.
