We bought x 2 Hover-1 Flex hover-boards from Smyths for our children. After 3 months one of the hoover-boards became faulty. We were unable to switch it off. We sent a complaint - the customer service team were quick to respond and advise. Unfortunately it still didn't work, we were asked to send evidence. Immediately following this, the company sent a courier with a brand-new hover-board - which was a better model than the first. The customer service was brilliant and we are very pleased with the hover-boards we now have :)
