I bought my grandson an electric scooter from Currys in December 2021. In August of this year there was a problem with the tyres. I contacted the manufacturer and they did not hesitate to swap the scooter and even sent us the next model up from the one we bought. They dealt with us in a professional, efficient and easy manner.
