Started out so long ago with Hover they called themselves Netidentity. Over the years, one disappointment after another:1. recently instituted or enforced a limit of 10 -12 emails on a "chain." (Previously i was able to send to all the groups i needed to reach and my largest is like 150.)2. spam screening of incoming e-mails is among the worst and best described as oafish. (you can reclassify as "not spam" and the next e-mail from that sender will go back to spam. Even when i reported this issue to customer service they did nothing in keeping with the companies' strategy to exploit the end user without providing a satisfactory solution. AVOID Hover at all cost unless you enjoy being tortured by unresponsive dumb a$$es!All in all, do some research and find a more customer oriented solution as this one seems managed by those who were made to wear "dunce" hats when they were in grammar school. I don't want to give up my e-mail address and pray Hover Mail will be sold to a more responsive/competent entity. If starting out, you would need your head examined to go with Hover over Gmail.
