Scooter arrived with an electrical fault it took 15 emails to go through there system as they want to know everything that could be up with it including sending several videos via utube uploads which was a bit frustrating but within 2 week received a full refund and got to keep the scooter (quire simple to fix with a bit of a google) not the best returns policy 24 hours inbetween each email and they don't reply over weekend but its done now wouldn't buy from them again purely because it wasn't any cheaper than high street where I could just go hand it back on the day
