Absolutely amazing customer service and great support throughout the purchase of this amazing gift for my daughter She is so over the moon and excited to get using this fantastic item I have been hugely impressed by the fast and efficient service and would highly recommend
we received the hover board no issues! 6 months in develops a fault so we contact - Appears no issue, they agree its faulty and they ask us to get fixed and they will pay. I wasn't too happy with this so questioned this and since then we have not had a response to any emails at all. We must have sent over 20 emails just asking for some contact but nothing! Cant find any contact details on line for these people. AVOID AVOID AVOID! £170 down the toilet. Nothing more frustrating! Now pursuing legal routes to recover money.
Dont buy from this site. My hoverboard is faulty and contacted them to help resolve the problem as to why it was faulty and emails were exchanged a couple of times but they soon started to ignore when they realised I was still under warranty. Very very poor dont buy from this site
Very disappointed, bought a hover board with seat £189 for my daughters birthday, literally just out of 12 month warranty, not used either through winter months, it’s out of control, dangerous to use, tried numerous times to email to request advice, no replies, obviously not interested in after sales, no number to contact so purely relying on them replying, read receipt on and email not read, do they even exist!!
Don’t be fooled by a good website, bought 3 hoverkart seats 2 fell apart in minutes welding split. Took 3 weeks of emails to get my money back filed a complaint through PayPal in the end. It’s not a uk company you have to email someone in China. Will not use again
Scooter arrived with an electrical fault it took 15 emails to go through there system as they want to know everything that could be up with it including sending several videos via utube uploads which was a bit frustrating but within 2 week received a full refund and got to keep the scooter (quire simple to fix with a bit of a google) not the best returns policy 24 hours inbetween each email and they don't reply over weekend but its done now wouldn't buy from them again purely because it wasn't any cheaper than high street where I could just go hand it back on the day
WHAT A HOLES ordered scooter for my son for Christmas opened Christmas Eve and is faulty and damaged! Avoid avoid avoid!!! I will be getting my money back even though they are ignoring me 👊 now left in the hands of someone else.
