Communication is absolutely poor. In returning a hoverboard back the process was painfully long. I was lied to several times when enquiring about my return when asking about my refund. Each email they sent gave mis-information. It was stressful getting my money back. It was a lucky thing that I kept my receipt save from the post office for my recorded delivery otherwise the company would have scammed me out of my money and item claiming they did not receive the package. It took over a month to get my money back. Unacceptable!
