I ordered the supposedly improved hoverboard at the end of August and received it in September as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. However, on Christmas Day, after charging it on Christmas Eve, it only beeped continuously, indicating a malfunction. Given my previous experience with older models, I recognized this as a defect.
I emailed the support team with video evidence, but received a response asking for proof again. I replied that I had already provided it and included it once more for their reference. Then, I was contacted by someone else who asked about my issue. I resent my email and video evidence, only to get another reply from a different representative asking the same thing.
I'm getting nowhere with this situation. I reached out to a payment service, but since my purchase was over 30 days ago, they couldn't assist either. It's incredibly frustrating that a company like this continues to operate despite numerous complaints about their products. I've previously bought many items from them, but after this experience and their failure to honor warranty claims, I will never buy from them again and will do my best to share my negative experience.
