I purchased the kids Ride-On Electric Go-Kart for $599, and in less than three months the battery capacity has dropped to about 25% of what it was when I first bought it. The product claims up to 90 minutes of operating time, but we’re barely getting 12 minutes now. This means my son can hardly enjoy it anymore or go on longer rides.
I’m extremely disappointed with the company’s customer service. They assigned someone to handle my emails, but I never receive a response, and no one answers the phone. Their voicemail is just an automated message saying email is the best way to communicate—which clearly isn’t working.
I really wish I had read some of the reviews beforehand; it would have saved me a lot of frustration and avoided this whole situation.
I ordered the supposedly improved hoverboard at the end of August and received it in September as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. However, on Christmas Day, after charging it on Christmas Eve, it only beeped continuously, indicating a malfunction. Given my previous experience with older models, I recognized this as a defect.
I emailed the support team with video evidence, but received a response asking for proof again. I replied that I had already provided it and included it once more for their reference. Then, I was contacted by someone else who asked about my issue. I resent my email and video evidence, only to get another reply from a different representative asking the same thing.
I'm getting nowhere with this situation. I reached out to a payment service, but since my purchase was over 30 days ago, they couldn't assist either. It's incredibly frustrating that a company like this continues to operate despite numerous complaints about their products. I've previously bought many items from them, but after this experience and their failure to honor warranty claims, I will never buy from them again and will do my best to share my negative experience.
Avoid this company! They will take your money, send you a defective product, and then stop communicating entirely. I will NEVER purchase from them again. I've attempted to reach out via email, their website chat, social media, and even tried calling, only to be met with a pre-recorded message stating they were too busy to assist and to use the other contact methods. It's been three weeks with no response. Based on their social media comments, this seems to be a common experience for many. It's unfortunate because I had a positive experience when I bought from them in 2024.
Item returned to Hoveroo, Auspost tracking indicates that the received it on the 15th December 2025. We emailed them that day to find out about our refund….. and nothing from Hoveroo, no reply, no refund, only an inbox full of their Junk mail toting how great they are. It’s now 6th Jan 2026 and nothing. Stay away!!
I'm very frustrated with the poor communication from this company. As a returning customer, my first experience was fine, but this time has been disappointing. I won't be making another purchase. They don't reply to emails, and the chat feature on their site is utterly useless. Don't waste your time or money!
Extremely disappointing! I bought an item for $700 and was charged an additional $150 for freight, despite being told it was free. When it finally arrived, it didn't work! There's no customer service available and my emails go unanswered. It's heartbreaking for a child on Christmas Day and frustrating for parents who wasted $850 of their savings!
After sending multiple emails regarding two drift carts for our boys for Christmas, along with several comments on social media and a direct message, the lack of response is quite disappointing. It's interesting how they respond quickly when trying to make a sale, but once the purchase is completed, there is no communication whatsoever. It has been nearly two weeks since the purchase, and we have yet to receive any shipping information.
I am becoming increasingly anxious as I have reached out several times regarding my order, which was promised to ship the next day, but I have yet to receive a tracking number. I placed my order more than a week and a half ago. This is intended for Christmas, so I urgently need an update on when it will be dispatched. A simple response would alleviate my worries, but it seems difficult to obtain even that after multiple emails without any reply. Is this a scam?
This is a scam. We placed an order a week ago and have received no tracking information; the contact number appears to be fake. If you check their social media page, you'll find that the mentions tab reveals negative experiences from others. It's shocking that we were misled like this. My disappointed child won't be receiving the quad bike for his birthday.
