I HAVE SENT THIS MESSAGE OVER 15 TIMES SINCE 11-14-2025. I HAVE reviewed your return/exchange policy to see whether my order is still within the eligible period. MY ORDER IS ELEGIBLE FOR A RETURN AND A FULL REFUND! Furthermore, the battery was fully charged, I only weigh 175 lbs, and it would NOT MOVE in low, and it WOULD NOT go up slight hills, it WOULD NOT CLIMB some slight inclines, and the range is only 14 miles maximum. It would not do as advertised.Therefore, please START THE RETURN PROCESS AND SEND ME A RETURN LABEL BECAUSE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS BELOW AS STATED BEFORE. After a full charge, the scooter WOULD NOT MOVE with me on it in Low gear. It will not move in L (low) with me sitting on it. VIDEOS ATTACHED.2. After a full charge, this scooter WOULD NOT climb very simple slight hills. I would have to walk the scooter up slight hills. Then it would operate going down hill. This scooter does not do what the advertising shows.3. After a full charge, this scooter would only range 14 miles. I had to walk the scooter after 14 miles. The range of 35 miles is FALSE ADVERTISING.4. Some descriptions says it has a 500w motor, which is untrue or very questionable. Some descriptions say it has a 350w motor.5. This scooter is very weak and does not have the power to do what the description says it does. I am VERY VERY VERY dissatisfied with this scooter and I hate I wasted my time BUYING IT UNDER FALSE ADVERSTISEMENT.
