His tone shifted from unprofessional to openly hostile, including name-calling and taunting phrases like “I’m waiting silly girl” after I ceased my responses. I have screenshots of every message, and this behavior is far beyond what is acceptable for a legitimate business. No customer should ever face harassment simply for declining a quote. This interaction reveals: Complete lack of professionalism No customer service skills Disregard for boundaries A troubling lack of emotional control from the representative If this is their response to a simple inquiry, I can't imagine trusting them with my belongings or personal information. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection platforms to make sure others are aware of this experience. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with caution and keep all communication documented.
