Appalling.
I went in to visit the branch in High Wycombe last week and I was shocked at the state of the building, it was falling apart and smelled like black mold. I was ushered into a room filled with staff with no privacy to discuss private matters. Everyone looked utterly miserable. Not the experience I was hoping for, especially given the premiums charged. The staff do not seem too pleased with their situation either. I will not be renewing my policy with them next year.
