I renewed my car insurance today and dealt with Kimberley at the Macclesfield branch, she was extremely friendly and helpful and this resulted in lowering my renewal car insurance , great work Kimberley , thank you.
I was completely unaware that you had taken over the Baslow Insurance policy I had had for many years and I had to answer lots of bureaucratic questions which I felt Baslow should have given you.
Renewal of my car insurance by Chloe at the High Wycombe office was carried out in a very efficient, professional, helpful, reliable and friendly manner. The research carried out ahead of the renewal call resulted in a much reduced policy cost compared with the previous year. The service provided is much appreciated.

I have renewed my van insurance for the 11th year with Howden. For the first time there was a minor issue with my renewal emails.
Kimberley Phillips went above and beyond the ensure that the mistake was solved. Within an hour of my initial phone call Kimberley and her team had my van insured for a very reasonable price.
The efficency enabled me to get the issue resolved without impacting my days work.

I went in to visit the branch in High Wycombe last week and I was shocked at the state of the building, it was falling apart and smelled like black mold. I was ushered into a room filled with staff with no privacy to discuss private matters. Everyone looked utterly miserable. Not the experience I was hoping for, especially given the premiums charged. The staff do not seem too pleased with their situation either. I will not be renewing my policy with them next year.

Insurance isn’t the most exciting topic but Rob at Howdens goes above and beyond.
He’s helped me more than once and this time, when things have been a bit tough, he truly listened.
I’m sure he didn’t sign up as a counsellor but he cares, finds the best solution is 'the' reason I’m sticking with Howdens.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would.
