Update to my below review: A week after i put in my second order and paid them they finally responded to my request via chat. Turns out my second order was ALSO out of stock. But they didn't just cancel my order this time. No they left it going, ordered the parts, and basically stalled for time. Finally got someone to tell me this and that they wouldn't even have the items until the following week and than they would ship to me. So i cancelled my order. Original review:Website inventory is not accurate. If they dont have your item they will charge you for it, than you will get a random email saying your order was cancelled with nothing else telling you why. Than you have to contact customer support to find out they made a mistake. So i tried to order something else, but the coupon they reel you in with on your first order doesnt work any more, so wait a couple more days for customer service to get back to me. Now my second order attempt. The website says same day shipping but here i am 5 days later with nothing but lies/excuses about "oh the truck was late we will get it packed up". Like was it late 3 days in a row or something?Really nice looking website, but customer service is non existent and or employees dont know or are not doing their jobs. Stay away. Go get the same supplies somewhere else like morebeer.com
