Absolutely horrible seller. I bought several kits off the web site without reading reviews. Huge mistake.Seller has zero communication. He never sent tracking information, two items showed up, never received the rest. I sent follow up emails, he didn't reply, I called a few times and left a message with my phone number, he never called back.The order was almost 2 months ago. I ended up filing a dispute with Paypal and had to have it escalated. The day before Paypal ruled in my favor, seller finally replied, so gave a rebuttal, which the seller ignored. In the end, I was given a refund.PoolZoom aka Howdy Brewer is a horrible, terrible seller. I've had nothing but problems. He refuses to communicate in any form.This is my first and last time buying from this absolutely disgrace of a seller.
