Whilst Howe tools offer some of the best prices available, their choice of using DHL as a delivery partner is frustrating. Driver unable to follow simple instructions such as " please leave it in the parcel bin". Next time I'll pay the extra few quid and use either Its or Amazon. At least I know they will actually deliver it when they say they will. Shame really as it's not Howe tools fault, however this will prevent me from using them again.
