Howe Tools have been excellent and would most definitely order again in the future. Contacted customer support as my delivery was delayed by DHL so didn’t receive next day delivery, not as a complaint but to let them know DHL were not standing by Howe Tools next day delivery. Martin very kindly offered a lovely good will gesture of sending a drill bit set which my son was delighted with for his newly purchased drills starting his new apprenticeship. Can’t thank Martin enough for his excellent and friendly customer service!
The company send their products to the Western UK (Ulster). Their products arrive quickly and are of top quality. The Western British people due to Brexit are having a hard time sourcing products from within our own country the UK.
