Absolutely disgusting lack of service. My wife ordered a toy through Debenhams which was sold by Howley toys. The item was not as described and she was eventually able to return the item. This was on 9th January. The return was tracked and arrived with them. many emails later and no response and NO CREDIT to my credit card. They do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails. AVOID THEM!!!!!!
