Ordered a product through Debenhams, got sent something vaguely similar (Ordered Snakes&Ladders/Ludo game, got sent a much cheaper looking Snakes&Ladders game) when queried they simply ignore you.Not impressed and unless they do something to resolve it, I will go out of my way to avoid using them in future.
