After my initial contact through a search engine, I was informed that a refundable AU$1 was necessary. I do not recall agreeing to a monthly charge of AU$75 from my PayPal account. I feel I did not receive adequate information during my initial inquiry regarding a problem I can't even remember, and I would never consent to such a high monthly fee for potential future issues. To my surprise, I noticed AU$75 withdrawn from my PayPal account on November 3rd and December 3rd. I have also seen a partial refund of AU$38 on December 3rd that has yet to appear in my bank account. I have reached out to the support team about an additional refund of AU$112 and am currently waiting for a reply. Additionally, I have canceled any further payments through my PayPal account.
