I still haven't seen any indication of a refund. I've requested the cancellation of a permit twice, only to have money deducted from my account. They've replied to a few emails but haven't offered any refund despite their mistake. I've been chasing them constantly and I'm fed up with the situation. I've given them plenty of chances to correct their error, but if it's not resolved by the end of the week, I'll have to take further action.
