I still have not received any sign of a refund. I requested to cancel a permit twice, but they deducted money from my account instead. Although they've responded to a few emails, there's been no mention of a refund, despite their error. I've been persistently following up and am completely frustrated. I've given them ample chances to fix this, but if it's not resolved by the week's end, I will have to escalate the issue.

It's alarming as they referenced a vehicle parked at one of their locations with a license plate that isn’t mine. The message stated they would automatically charge my card whenever this car is parked, meaning I'd be billed for a vehicle I don’t even own, yet I’m getting no response from them. This feels like theft.
I registered my vehicle and payment method on the app for a location and thought everything was set. I visited the car park on two occasions, but when I returned home, I found I had received a fine for my earlier visit. There's no way to reach anyone at the service, and I'm worried about receiving more fines since the app didn't process my payment. This feels like a scam, and I advise others against relying on the app. I've messaged them, but I'm not optimistic.
