Excellent assistance with parking charge cancellation

I received excellent assistance when I asked for a parking charge to be canceled since my passenger had already paid at the ticket machine. They not only complied swiftly but also replied the very next day.

No refund despite multiple inquiries

I still have not received any sign of a refund. I requested to cancel a permit twice, but they deducted money from my account instead. Although they've responded to a few emails, there's been no mention of a refund, despite their error. I've been persistently following up and am completely frustrated. I've given them ample chances to fix this, but if it's not resolved by the week's end, I will have to escalate the issue.

Terrible service

I received an unsolicited email from this company. I've reached out three times, and aside from acknowledging my messages, they have done nothing. It's alarming as they referenced a vehicle parked at one of their locations with a license plate that isn’t mine. The message stated they would automatically charge my card whenever this car is parked, meaning I'd be billed for a vehicle I don’t even own, yet I’m getting no response from them. This feels like theft.

Issues with registration and fines

I registered my vehicle and payment method on the app for a location and thought everything was set. I visited the car park on two occasions, but when I returned home, I found I had received a fine for my earlier visit. There's no way to reach anyone at the service, and I'm worried about receiving more fines since the app didn't process my payment. This feels like a scam, and I advise others against relying on the app. I've messaged them, but I'm not optimistic.

No sign of a refund yet

I still haven't seen any indication of a refund. I've requested the cancellation of a permit twice, only to have money deducted from my account. They've replied to a few emails but haven't offered any refund despite their mistake. I've been chasing them constantly and I'm fed up with the situation. I've given them plenty of chances to correct their error, but if it's not resolved by the end of the week, I'll have to take further action.

Confusion at the car park

I visited the car park for just 30 minutes in the morning and paid. Later, my spouse went for an hour and was charged for the entire day. I've repeatedly requested acknowledgment of the mistake, and after it was acknowledged, I've had to follow up for a refund, which remains unresolved after a month.

Annual permit issues

I'm still waiting for a response from this ineffective company. I've sent four messages through their support portal, but all I get is an automated reply with no action taken. Even though I purchased an annual parking permit, they continue to charge my card for parking fees and threaten fines if they can't debit my account.

Positive experience so far

Struggles with incorrect vehicle details

I mistakenly entered the wrong car details and have been trying to get in touch with them for over a week without a response. I prefer to have a physical ticket rather than rely on automated systems.
