I still have not received any sign of a refund. I requested to cancel a permit twice, but they deducted money from my account instead. Although they've responded to a few emails, there's been no mention of a refund, despite their error. I've been persistently following up and am completely frustrated. I've given them ample chances to fix this, but if it's not resolved by the week's end, I will have to escalate the issue.
